1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QR Code Bro ("the Service"), operated by QR Code Bro ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QR Code Bro provides QR code generation services including free static QR codes and paid dynamic QR codes with scan tracking, editable destinations, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate QR codes linking to illegal, malicious, or harmful content
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Abuse the Service through automated means to generate excessive load

5. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. QR Code Content

You are solely responsible for the content your QR codes link to. We reserve the right to deactivate QR codes that violate these terms or link to harmful content.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your dynamic QR codes will stop redirecting.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
